Recommend them highly
Millie was fantastic and Keith, my transport driver, was exceptional. He went above and beyond making sure that my mother's car reached its destination in perfect condition and that it was locked up safely. He even stayed with my elderly mother at pickup until a relative could arrive and pick her up. He stayed in constant communication with me and made sure everything went well. All of this was due to AmeriFreight's high standards of service and Millie's ability to make sure we had the right driver at the right price. I would definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

I couldn't be happier with their service
Overwhelmed, Uneducated, and Inexperienced That's how I would describe myself as I took on the task of looking to transport my VW Convertible Bug from Georgia to Washington State recently. Like most, I turned to the Internet for guidance and while that was helpful, I was quickly overwhelmed by the number of responses, quotes, emails and phone calls from various transport companies. I feel like I lucked out when I found Brandy at AmeriFreight. She was friendly and professional and took the time to educate me on how the transport industry works. She followed up on my questions and stayed in touch without inundating me with calls every day (which was status quo with many other companies). Their quote was not the highest or the lowest, but I had security knowing that the transporter was someone they worked with before and had numerous positive interactions with. In the end, I chose AmeriFreight because of Brandy. The car arrived in Washington in great shape and earlier than what was initially proposed. I'm happy to say that from pick up through delivery, AmeriFreight did exactly what they said they would do and I couldn't be happier with their service.

AmeriFreight did an excellent job of brokering a carrier for my cross-country move from near Baltimore to near Seattle. The cost was reasonable, the carriers did a great job of delivering my vehicles with nothing more than road dirt to wash off. I was very pleased with the results. The cars arrived much earlier than I expected, and the carrier stored them for several days until I arrived to receive them. They were still a couple hundred miles away in Oregon, but it didn't take long for them to deliver them to my doorstep. The customer service rep, Brandy, was patient with me and skilled at finding me a reliable carrier at a fair price. I would definitely use AmeriFreight again!
