Great customer service, very friendly, supportive, thorough, and caring. Melissa helped me during this unique time of Covid-19 and finding the best option for shipping my car. She was flexible with my needs and worked to find the best solution. My delivery was delayed, but within their forgiveness window and they were checking in with me throughout the process. Highly recommend.
